Report a concern

Pathways is a platform that coaches and organizations use to record player development. What is written on it is theirs. When something on it breaks our Terms of Service, we want to know, and this page says how to tell us.

If a player is in danger

Contact the police, or your local child-protection service, and your organization's safeguarding lead first. Pathways is not an emergency service. We do not monitor the platform for abuse and cannot reach anyone in the moment. Once the people who can act have been told, tell us too, so we can preserve records and act on the account.

Content or conduct that breaks the Terms

Send an email to privacy@pathways.id with:

  • who you are and how to reach you;
  • the organization, and the person if you know them;
  • what happened and where on Pathways it is (an evaluation, a note on a player's record, a message on My Pathway, a file, a play);
  • when it happened, as best you can;
  • what you would like to happen.

We read every report. Where the Terms have been broken we can remove or withdraw content, revoke a player link, and suspend or end the access of a person or an organization. We preserve the records involved. We may tell the organization's admin, and we will not tell the person you reported who reported them unless the law requires it.

A copyright notice

If you believe content on Pathways infringes your copyright, email privacy@pathways.id with the elements section 12 of the Terms lists:

  • your name, address, phone number and email;
  • the work you say is infringed;
  • where the content is on Pathways, in enough detail for us to find it;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We act on valid notices, may forward them to the person who posted the content, and end the access of repeat infringers.

Something wrong on your own record

If you are a player and something on My Pathway looks wrong, ask a coach at your club first: they wrote it, and they can amend or withdraw it. If you cannot raise it with your club, write to us at the address above and say so.

Privacy requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, see the Privacy Policy. The organization that entered your data is responsible for it; we route requests to them and help them respond.
