Evaluations
Six pillars. Five bands. One language. Coaches evaluate players on Craft and Mindset using behavioral descriptors that mean the same thing at every level.
Session Planning
Build sessions from your drill library with drag-and-drop blocks, or have one drafted for you, aimed at your squad's weakest area. Track contact load, pillar coverage, and unit splits. Template what works.
Schedule
Every training, match and tournament in one place. Families can subscribe to their team's calendar and get an email when a session moves or is cancelled.
Camps & Tryouts
Run ID camps and tryouts off to the side of your roster. Import your invitees, give each a quick verdict, move them through selection, and add the players you pick to your roster in one step.
Play Animation
Draw movement paths, sequence phases, and share animated plays with your staff. Visual playbooks that replace the whiteboard.
Learn moreTournament Day
Run the whole event on PathwaysPlay: registration doors, brackets, live scoring and public results, with the roster pulled straight into Pathways.
Learn morePathways for iPhone is in private beta: evaluations, lineups, subs and scores from the touchline.
Built for coaches. Designed for clarity.
Everything your coaching staff needs: player profiles, session plans, and a dashboard that keeps it all connected.

Portable Profiles
Every player gets a Pathways ID. One profile, every evaluation: the player's record, kept across seasons and teams.
Pathways Rating
A single number that captures the full picture. Weighted across evaluations, recent form matters most. See who is trending up.
Upstream Visibility
Built so that club coaches evaluate, selectors discover and programs recruit from one record.
Built on trust, not promises
Every evaluation is cryptographically sealed the moment it is submitted. No one can alter or backdate a score once it enters the record.
Tamper-Evident Record
SHA-256 hash chain seals every evaluation at submission. Scores cannot be altered or backdated. The record is tamper-evident and verifiable.
Organization-Scoped Privacy
Coaching notes never leave your organization. Cross-org visibility shows standardized scores only. Your coaching IP stays yours.
Portable & Verifiable
Every evaluation is sealed when submitted and carries a tamper-evident record.
